Short Version
We do not silently collect your data.
If we ever want data beyond what is strictly required to complete your order or reply to your message, we will ask you directly first.
In the absence of an active, explicit yes, we operate under an active no.
What We Collect
Axxilak does not run tracking, profiling, behavioral analytics, or advertising identifiers on this site. If you submit an email through an Axxilak form, Formspree receives what you submit so we can respond to you.
CloudSherpa stores the website URLs and titles you save, along with ratings, notes, categories, favorites, and settings in chrome.storage.local in your browser profile. That library is not sent to Axxilak.
If you choose to verify a Gumroad purchase, CloudSherpa sends the license key and product identifier to Gumroad only when you press Verify license key. It does not send your browsing history, saved websites, ratings, notes, or categories. The key is not retained after verification; a local verification receipt is stored instead.
Cookies, Analytics, and Pixels
We do not use ad pixels. We do not run behavioral tracking. We do not run surveillance analytics on your activity.
If you explicitly enable CloudSherpa Shared Local Library, it connects only to its separately launched companion at 127.0.0.1 on the same computer. It does not open a LAN listener or use a cloud service.
Data Use, Sharing, and Selling
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not rent your personal information.
We do not share your information with third parties for marketing.
Gumroad processes purchases and license verification under its own terms and privacy practices. Formspree processes website-form submissions under its own terms and privacy practices. Axxilak does not receive payment-card information from CloudSherpa.
Your Control
You can edit, export, import, or clear a CloudSherpa library from the extension. Exported backups are plain JSON files; keep them where you would keep other private notes.
If you want us to delete any message history you have sent us by email, request it at [email protected] and we will honor it unless we are required by law to retain a record.
Policy Changes
If our data practices ever change, we will update this page first.
